Verity is a strategic advisor and fractional Chief of Staff who works with early-stage startups to help founders build momentum, focus their energy, and make confident decisions. With over 20 years of experience in and around startups, she’s scaled businesses from the ground up inside venture builder Blenheim Chalcot, and now runs her own consultancy, Cheerful Orange. She is Chair of a health-tech company tackling antimicrobial resistance and an active angel investor and mentor with Angel Academe, supporting female-led startups to thrive.

Her sector experience spans fintech, health, SaaS, and professional services, with notable roles helping build and scale companies including Salary Finance, Fospha, and Manageable. Verity has led commercial launches, implemented core systems and processes, supported fundraising, and chaired Boards, bringing deep operational and governance insight to every venture she supports.

Verity specialises in go-to-market strategy, ideal customer profiling, product-market fit, and investor readiness.
