When do the sessions run?
Alternate Tuesdays, 9.15–10.15am, online. Two 60-minute sessions a month. They're deliberately early so they don't eat into your working day.

What if I can't make a session?
You'll get the most from Focused Founders by attending live, because the peer feedback and accountability happen in the room. But sessions are recorded and added to the library, so you can catch up.

How is this different from Funding Accelerator?
Funding Accelerator is an intensive programme for founders actively raising a round. Focused Founders comes earlier: it's about building a business strong enough to raise well when the moment comes.

Do I need to be raising investment right now?
No. Most members know funding is coming — likely £100K to £1m — but aren't sure what type is right or when. Working that out is part of what the programme helps with.

How much time will it take?
Two hours a month in sessions, plus 1–2 hours a week acting on what you learn. The accountability cadence is designed around small, deliverable steps rather than big projects.

Can I cancel?
There's a minimum commitment of three months, which is how long it takes for the cadence to show results. After that, membership continues monthly and you can cancel any time.
