She does this by ensuring that sales is the beating heart of the business and that growth is the primary focus. Patricia has predominantly worked with start-up and scaling businesses (e.g. The Instant Group, Harmonic Finance, Craster & Scentered) alongside stints at large enterprises (Nissan Europe, Swiss Bank Corporation, WPP). At Instant, she led a range of disciplines across Sales, Customer Development, Operations, Marketing, Talent and Culture. Her 13 year tenure there saw her take a fledging business through to sale.
More recently, she’s worked with a range of scale ups as they face the growing pains common to many organisations.
