Josh Huggins

Bio

Josh is a content and communications strategist who helps founder-led businesses build trust, grow a real community on LinkedIn, and convert that attention into commercial momentum. His background is rooted in behaviour change, leadership engagement and culture - he’s spent the last decade working closely with leaders to create change programmes, communicate transformation and craft messages that land, drive action, and build belief.
Josh grew his career inside two founder-led consulting businesses that scaled significantly and were both later acquired (one by EY, one by Accenture). In those environments he worked with Olympians, Military specialists and leaders across most sectors - including financial services, automotive and retail.
Today Josh runs his own content & comms business. His work is focused on organic, authority-building content for B2B founders and leaders that helps position them as thought-leaders, innovators and visible personalities in their field. Typically SaaS and tech companies - using a repeatable “interview-to-assets” approach that produces high-quality content, clips and ever-green assets around business SMEs.

Focus of 1-2-1 Session

Josh is best suited to founders and leaders who know they should be visible and consistent with leader-led content, but either don’t have the time, don’t know what to say, or aren’t seeing value from what they’re posting. He’s a strong fit for B2B businesses looking to grow - especially SaaS and tech.

A 1:1 with Josh is a practical session focused on clarity and execution. Typical themes include:

  • Positioning and message clarity - getting crisp on what you do, who it’s for, and how to explain it in a way prospects actually understand.
  • LinkedIn content strategy - what to talk about, what to stop doing, and how to structure content to build trust and authority.
  • Community to commercial momentum - how to turn an engaged audience into leads and conversations without sounding salesy.
  • Founder voice and authenticity - sounding human, not corporate - and building content that feels true to you (and therefore performs better).

A repeatable content system - a realistic cadence and workflow that you can sustain alongside building the business.
