Delphine Koall

Bio

Delphine is a bi-lingual leadership coach with a speciality in team dynamics and communication, which pave the way to high performance.

Originally from Paris she moved to London in 2002 to work for Eurostar where she held various commercial roles mainly in Brand and Marketing.

Since the end of 2019, Delphine has been growing her own business coaching practice to support business founders with mindset, leadership and personal branding; over the years she developed a strong interest in the importance of relationships at work and effective communication for the benefit of performance - and well-being. Let’s face it, what make us happy or miserable at work are not the projects, but our relationships.

Delphine is a DiSC practitioner and she now works with 2 types of audiences: she empowers corporate teams to foster collaboration to perform better together; in her private practice she mainly works with business co-founders to help them unlock the unique potential of their co-founder partnership and build rock-solid foundations for communication so founders align and perform well together.

Delphine thrives in multicultural environments and is passionate about bringing transformation to her clients through a mix of personal and business growth.
