• Your plans for the next phase of your business and any economic factors you can see impacting your plan.
• Ray will give you an open and critical appraisal of your current team structure providing tips on what has worked well in other similar businesses.
• Ray will de-mystify by examples the relationship that you should expect from a recruitment partner in growing your business headcount.
• Ray will make strategic introductions where appropriate from his professional network.

Information to prepare in advance:

A suitably redacted business plan or overview of your business. If you haven’t prepared one, please write a short, clear statement describing your business to someone who is learning about it for the very first time. Imagine explaining it to a friend.

A vision of where you would like to get to: 6mths/12mths/24mths and what success would look and feel like.
