  • Co-founder/MD of Industrial Technology Securities , a successful BES ( EIS)  Fund Manager  of 4 Hi Tech Funds  (1984 – 1988) Post tax compound IRR of  25% over 13 years with circa 11 ex 20 Investee  Companies/ Businesses still trading ( 2 ex Receiverships) today
  • Advised investors, investee companies in over 70 companies.
  • Fractional CFO roles have included Accounting /Forecasting , Corporate Finance [ Strategic advice, Fund raising/ Business plans. Preparing for Funding , Valuations ], Investigations ,Turnarounds,  and general mentoring

  • Financial projections

What you need to prepare

Prior to attending a session with Nigel please prepare the following:

  • An exec summary of your investment proposition
  • A concise account of what has been done across the bullet points (above) OK to have some gaps.
  • A summary of your focus moving forward and what you would like to focus on during your session with Nigel.
