Bio

Mike is Head of New Ventures at Veolia Nuclear solutions and leads development and commercialisation of robotic and waste management technologies for highly regulated B-2-B industries.

In his spare time he supports early stage businesses (Seed - Series A/B)  as a named company advisor supporting exceptional teams on strategy, value proposition development, business development, business models and bidding. Clients include medical device, energy storage and future of flight companies.

What you need to prepare

Ahead of a session with Mike please provide a pitch deck/<2 page executive summary of the business and identify which area you would like to discuss. Provision of information 48 hours ahead of the meeting will enable a more productive session. Extra points available if you can also provide the following:

 

Company's founding insight: What secret about the future do you know that not many others know that you intend to build your business around?

Value being generated for the customer: Who is your customer and what value are you generating for them?

Source of sustainable competitive advantage (current or planned): How can you make sure your customers come back to you if the market plays out as expected?

Growth potential of the business: How can the business scale and is the market of the future much larger than the market of the present?
