Emma owns her own business consultancy, Mari Magno, focused on delivering business performance, business valuation, new market development and business exit strategies, internationally and across all industries. Emma’s professional services are commissioned by senior executives and managers to deliver business performance metrics, which may then be used to inform forecast scenario-testing, strategy development, business development and growth, franchising opportunities, mergers & acquisitions, and/or business exit planning.

Focus of 1-2-1 Session

Emma’s 1-2-1 session provides an opportunity to explore the value drivers (Product, Price, Place, Promotion) and Unique Selling Points (USPs) of your business. Emma will also discuss the operational structure of your business and the competitor landscape, in order to assess the true value created in your business.

  • Business with Revenues: If your business has already started generating revenues, Emma will consider these in relation to your growth indicators, when reviewing your proposed business valuation.
  • Pre-Revenues Business: If your business is pre-revenue, Emma will review your proposed business valuation in terms of your market traction, growth assumptions and forecast data.

Emma will interrogate your business valuation and provide guidance on what you can do to justify and improve the robustness of your valuation.
