David Pearce

Bio

Dr David Pearce is a physician, digital entrepreneur, and angel investor. He has built and sold SaaS business in the health and legal sector, as well as being an investor and mentor to a number of successful digital startups over the last 8 years.

David's passion is helping founders and early stage businesses avoid the pitfalls of over spec'ing and spending on Minimum Viable Products (MVP), instead focusing on the overall MVP Pilot that gathers the correct data to persuade founders and investors to continue to scale the business. David is a traditional developer, but now a no-code evangelist.

Focus of 1-2-1 Session

David will use a 1-2-1 session to focus on the design and functionality of a Minimum Viable Product Pilot. With the emphasis on getting product to potential users fast and in an ultra lean fashion. To help founders focus on product definition, cohort recruitment and creating minimal viable product as a way of rapidly iterating and measuring pre-defined KPIs as part of a pre-defined pilot that will demonstrate to angels that further investment is likely to lead to an increased return on that investment and ultimately of profitable business.

In advance of a session with David it would be helpful if you can provide an overview of where the company is (in terms of product development) and what problem you are trying to solve.
