• Orchestrated a group operating model rollout, aligning ways of working across 18 countries
• Cost reduction, led consolidation integrating multiple startups into global group and managing country closedowns, realising annual cost efficiencies of 40m euro Entrepreneurship (SME)
• Built a property portfolio and bootstrapped food business, grown through acquisition
