Claire is a strategic marketing leader with over 25 years cross sector experience. Additionally she is a tech founder and tech investor and works with ambitious startups that have decided they want to scale. For nearly ten years, she has run her own growth marketing agency, Kennedy Woods, supporting SMEs and scaling businesses. Being sector agnostic, Claire has worked across a number of sectors including; property, recruitment, leisure and hospitality, SaaS, travel and education. Her work spans brand, digital, SEO and performance marketing, with a consistent focus on building strong commercial foundations. These foundations need clear positioning, practical systems and marketing infrastructure that can withstand growth.
Alongside her agency work, Claire serves as Non-Executive Director at Bush, where she has supported the business through significant operational change and acquisitions. Previously Claire was a Trustee of The Hibernian Society. In both roles she was able to bring governance, insight and long-term strategic thinking to help steer both organisations towards achieving their growth goals.
In April 2025, Claire launched Kenzy.io, a unified marketing, sales and CRM/CDP platform designed to simplify systems for growing businesses. Despite her extensive experience, building and marketing her own product has been an entirely different prospect. As she approaches her first year with Kenzy.io, she knows what it feels like to be in the trenches! And so can relate to the need for constantly refining messaging, testing assumptions and making high-stakes decisions with imperfect information.
She is known for her problem-solving, commercial instinct and the ability to bring a sense of calm and clarity when considering complex situations. Founders, board members, investors and clients have always valued her direct feedback, pragmatic thinking and grounded sense of humour. Claire is unapologetically enthusiastic about her love of coffee and is always happy to discuss strategy over a good flat white.
